I do not have set hours. Feel free to contact me at any time. If I am not available, I will do my best to contact you within 24 hours.

About the Artwork

What is a Limited Edition?

Limited Edition signifies prints produced in a certain quantity, generally less than 150. Each print is digitally signed and will include the number in the edition, i.e. 4/50.

What is your printing process?

I photograph and edit all of the artwork. I then send it to a trusted lab to be printed and shipped.

Do you sign the artwork?

Yes, all artwork is digitally signed at its lower front corner. If the artwork is a Limited Edition, I will also include the number of the edition, i.e. 4/50.

Purchasing

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is charged based on your city and zip code during the checkout process.

Do you accept custom sizes?

Yes, we do offer custom sizes and different aspect ratios, such as panoramic. Send me a message with the size(s) you are interested in and I will let you know if it is possible, along with the price. Certain sizes are not allowed by the print lab.

Do you sell metal or canvas prints?

No, I only sell acrylic and paper prints. I feel they offer the best color accuracy and detail.

Do you provide discounts?

If you are looking to purchase multiple pieces of artwork, special pricing may be available depending on your selection.

What type of payments do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

When will my credit card be billed?

Your credit card is billed at the time of sale.

Do you offer framing options?

I only sell paper and frame-less acrylic prints. I do not offer any framing options. If you send me the artwork you are interested in, I can provide a visual mock-up of the artwork framed on your wall.

Do you store my credit card information?

In order to minimize the risk of security incidents, we fully outsource all payment processing to Foxy.io. Foxy.io is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider, and is listed on both Visa and MasterCard's global registries. Anytime you submit payment information via our website, you are submitting through Foxy.io's secure infrastructure. If you opt to save your payment information during checkout, that information is stored at Foxy. We don't have access to your payment details except for the last 4 digits, the card type, and the expiration date.

Where can I see the artwork prior to purchasing online?

I can send you a visual mock-up with the artwork of interest, and if you send an image of your room or office, I can display the artwork there in my visual mock-up.

Can I get the artwork in black and white if not shown?

Yes. I would be happy to convert the artwork to black and white. Send me a message with the artwork of interest and I can send you a sample black and white image.

Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, I will provide a tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Acrylic prints will arrive within 3-4 weeks and paper prints will arrive within 5-7 days.

Is signature required on delivery?

Acrylic prints will require signature on delivery.

Is my artwork insured during transit?

All print types are carefully packaged to ensure safety and protection during the delivery process. If, however, the print is damaged during the shipping process I will work with you to ensure a replacement is sent at no cost. Be sure to keep all the packaging materials and contact me within 24-hours of receiving the damaged artwork. I will need photo evidence of the damaged artwork in order for reimbursement.

Do you allow rush orders?

I will try my best to expedite an order, but it may not be possible depending on the print lab availability. Send me a message and we can discuss options.

Do you ship internationally?

I do not currently ship internationally.

Care and Handling

How do I clean my artwork?

You should always use a soft microfiber cloth to clean your artwork. Moisten the cloth with a little water to remove the dirt. Avoid using paper towels because they can easily scratch the acrylic surface. Also avoid any alcohol-based and ammonia-based cleaners as they can damage the acrylic surface and cause a cloudy appearance.

Where should I hang my artwork so it doesn't get damaged?

Avoid direct sunlight, areas with high humidity, and areas with large fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Temperature should be kept below 77 degrees F. Relative humidity should be kept below 55 percent with fluctuations less than 5 degrees.

How do I light my artwork?

LED light bulbs are a good choice to light your artwork because they do not emit UV rays that cause fading or emit damaging high heat. There are several lighting configurations to choose from: track lights, picture lights, wall washers, and more. Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns on all prints within 30 days of purchase with a 30 percent restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs.

Can I exchange my artwork for a different piece?

No, we currently do not offer any exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your order. I will reach out to the print lab to try and stop the production process. However, once an order has been printed, it can not be cancelled.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If, however, the print is damaged during the shipping process, I will work with you to ensure a replacement is sent at no cost. Be sure to keep all the packaging materials and contact me within 24-hours of receiving the damaged artwork. I will need photo evidence of the damaged artwork in order for reimbursement.
